Busher officially a Perth player again. Starts training today.
The big question is where will he play CHB or CHF.

Good news.
Not showing on either list yet.
We need him to play forward.
Our backline is okay.
I thought Nicholas was our best player on Saturday.

Well where do you start with some of the crap being thrown around here.
Scoreboard - Well according to a poster the scoreboard was working during the Futures game. So exactly what do you want Admin to do when it breaks down on game day?
Laughing - exactly who is laughing at us?
Rovers membership - from what I hear the previous format was not working financially. So they are trying something else. Can't critisize them for taking some action.
Tiny profit - $160,000 odd is hardly a tiny profit.
Zero communication - well that's what I thought until I realised that the communication is basically happening on the facebook page.
Zone - nothing happening? Not sure about that, from my understanding a submission to the commission has been or is being made.
Redeveopment - nothing happening? Check your facts. Funding has been finalised and plans being drawn up. Demolition to start at the end of this season.
Coach - there must have been some process. He was recruited back to the Club in an assistant role with the intention to succeed Earl.
And don't start me about your football knowledge.
You are a goose, and the Club would be better off without your membership fee.

Scoreboard - a suitable scoreboard was, as far as I know, planned as part of the precinct development. Our old scoreboard demolished with the development works and should have been replaced. Assume TVP and/or WCE responsible???
Profit for 2020 -  $165,984. Possibly not as high as some other clubs but far from tiny.
Zone - my understanding was that a re-zoning submission has been with the WAFL/WAFC for quite some time but no action.
New Premises - only the final plans are unknown at this stage. Demolition commences at end season 2021. Club has secured some temporary facilities courtesy of WCE, I understand. Will be 2 seasons in temporary facilities.
Coach- correct DF. Nothing in the club constitution, as far as I know, stipulating protocol for appointment. Up to the Board to ensure due diligence is done.

I raised the scoreboard with Russell Clark shortly after he was appointed. This is what he told me. As part of the ground sharing agreement with the Eagles before they chopped a tree down, it was agreed it was the Eagles responsibility to put up a new scoreboard. Apparently they’ve been spooked by the cost of the footings after an engineers report specified the depth of the footings that would be required to withstand the wind. There is basically no protection (wind break) now there is no outer bank or trees. So it’s got nothing to do with the new facilities. Russell needs to get on the Eagles back to get this sorted and get it right, not some Mickey Mouse job. I think the best are Claremont’s and Peel’s.

IMO where the current broken scoreboard is , is not ideal anyway because it cops too much afternoon sun. It would be better above or next to the new outer entrance.

Exactly how much money does the Eagles have in their back and they can't afford to fulfil their obligations to provide a scoreboard.

Hey DD did Perth approve a host club arrangement with West Coast.Or the Wafc railroàded Perth. Now the Eagles are now co-tennents..If the Eagles won't cough up .The Wafc should build the scoreboard.

If Byrne got reported then what what’s the story with Turner not getting reported for his gutless and extremely dangerous act on Clark. He landed on his back but could just as likely have landed on his head or neck, which could have had dire consequences. In this age of great concern for player welfare, this should have been reported immediately.

Sounds like Turner will get at least 4 weeks

That sounds about the right penalty Worm. Why wasn’t he reported straight away, these umpires don’t seem to have any clue at times. Yet Byrne is reported on the spot for a seemingly innocuous fully deserved square up on Turner.
