Nice pick up Perth boys....ex Cl boy, 190cm mid...picked up 33 possessions in the 2020 colts GF....picked up some decent stats last year, interesting he is listed on the Perth site, especially since your midfield looks already well covered...another Cl youngster to jump ship....what's going on over there in Cl territory.

Another ex Claremont Tiger at Lathlain. All the best to the young man.

Seems to be a player with plenty of potential. Here's a link.

Not sure about that MO. Maybe one of the West Perth supporters might know.

He looks a bit like Peter Avery MO.

And yes Peter did start at Claremont (Colts & Reserves) but he had Warren Ralph to compete with, then moved to Perth (Reserves) where he had Mick 'Stinger' Rea to compete with kicking a shedload of goals in the lower grades at both clubs before finally third time lucky trying out at WP in 1983 where he cracked League footy and won their goalkicking in his debut season with 41 goals.

Nice, in the AFL draft report they listed him as a defender and likened him to Jeremy McGovern. Our backline can do with extra marking power.

Anyone know much about the 195cm French Royal? Kane La Fontaine.

Great - grand nephew of the Melbourne legend of the 30s Allen La Fontaine and an ex East Perth colt and reserve

Avery touted as an intercept defender.
Listed on the WAFL list so clearance must have been finalised

He was a VG colts player, backline and forward. Big lad who can read the play well, he was behind players like North, Eaton and a couple of others in the pecking order.

He will be a good pick up much the same as Gibbo (both were borderline 18's squad members) who I think has developed very well for you. Moss would know him well though the development process at EP, good luck to him.

Thanks Grumpy and ToO, looks like a couple of handy late additions.
