What a blessing if this is happening. I think that everyone knew that Chopper was a Demon thru and thru and well known that he intended to return to Lathlain when his AFL career was over. He was keen to move his young family back to WA.
I was of the impression that he had another year on his Collingwood contract. Supposedly he has decided to retire from AFL.
All supposition on my part but I cannot wait for some confirmation.

I don't think so. He was drafted from Geelong ??Rangers not from Peel. He should be a 12 point player for them.

Mayne does have one year left on his contract.
With all the trade news that’s coming out of Collingwood and there’s been a lot I haven’t seen or heard Maynes name mentioned once.

I mentioned this in an early post on this thread. Money will be thrown any player's way in order to get them to Peel. The WAFC can't be seen to be wrong about the decision to introduce this abomination of a football club into the WAFL.
