With the departure of the shockers the head lease reverts to us as part of the agreed compensation pacxlage when then Council handed it over to ffc for lost of training access..

Turns out it could be worth 90k a year in income to Sffc.

Pity in a way Mate , but to be honest interest in punting has collapsed of recent years and it was now a financial burden to run it , better times ahead old boy this lease gives us the upper hand we can reap the 90k a year or wrap it all
Up in a hand back deal with the upcoming new developments giving us even better incomes going forward or capital payout , plenty of options.

Yep Great news, and after stealing our supporter base . our sponsors and our oval for a few years, shafting us in a few finals series and then delaying their exit, your right its some decent karma from the cockers.
