That is the Doig Pavilion , demolished along with the Hospital End Hill for the dockers building ( soon to be defunct )

On the other side of the Members Stand is the Police Boys Club Gym, the large black building are the Base Flats ( both demolished for the Stan Reilly Centre - now defunct and awaiting demolition), was formerly the Base Military WW I Hospital which was converted to State Housing, then the Press Box (still there but painted and decorated) and the historic Scots Church and Victoria Pavilion (both still there).

The outer on the Prison Wing is still lawn and rocks converted to terrace about 1975, the Craven A Special Mild Pavilion at the Prison End Goals is yet to be constructed, that went up about 1978 from memory.
