Just love this walk down memory lane and viewing the Absolute Champions of the past.

A couple of other observations.

Buttons Footy Franks had a Big Investment in Footy in 1981,not just the WANFL,but the VFL as well.Possibly the SANFL as well.

The promo for the 1982 WANFL Grand Final had the Tigers on Top(not being rude here ,but we know what happened really.It also had the old Mascots for East Fremantle and West Perth.The 2 Clubs announced the change of Mascots before the season started,but the old ones remained for that season.

Leedy,Winger,was Mike Brady's "He's a Falcon" playing that year,or the season after?Not bad,but sorry Mike,The Red and The Blue is easier on the ear.And the show(5 minutes) on the ABC was great too.
