Well done to the SF team for their win against the Great achievers this year... or so they tell us.
Couple of good wins against 2 good clubs so all looking good... Yeh I will put you in the top 5 this year...for finals. TC knows his job and will knowledge is priceless.
JD did it and now TC but dont mind that as the club has made good decisions with coaches and will eventually reap the rewards with a good playing group that you have this year.

All the best and hopefully we will knock you over next meeting

Cheers Cardy mate
Willagee boy eh? Geez that was an old stomping ground at times vastly different area these days , sure was an "interesting" joint in the old days - still remember those fantastic Piney plantations over the back & the little shopping centre in the guts , Fish n Chip shop down near North Lake Rd ahhhh memories mate!!

I've posted before that I see a hell of lot of similarities between Johnny Dimmer & Curls in the way they go about it & just the general feel around the club when they're there

Long way to go yet of course

Any updates on Schloithes ankle?? I'd say he would miss between 4-6 if not broken, hopefully it isn't. I do know that he tweaked it during the game and played up forward because of it. As it was already tender to go and roll it badly in a marking contest would have made it doubly worse. Let's hope he can be ok for a month away and it's nothing more than a bad sprain.

In saying that, and trying to be positive even though he would be hard to replace we do have some good depth there at the moment. Martinez didn't play last week v Cl so he would be a ready made replacement. Matera, Collica, Bairstow, Dragovich, Gundry would all put their hands up to take a midfielders spot.

Pullman also missed last week. Would he come straight back in??

Someone mentioned in another post that they can see similarities between Dimmer and Curley. I definitely can as well. Same game plan, same style, same run and carry.

What I do like is the multiple avenues we seem to have to score. Anyone of Saunders, Sellar, Dell'olio, Hams, Schloithe, Cook, Pullman, White can kick 3 or 4 which makes it hard to lock them all down.

Midfield wise we have some depth. Some good players in Adam Carter, Mitchell Carter, Bairstow, Gundry, Dragovich, Harvey, Matera all playing ressies as is Gumby, Shergza (who kicked 7 on the weekend). Great to see Borovac play his first game in the 2's. Have started well, hopefully it will continue.

Colts boys have ahd a bit of a cleanout through players moving up. Colbung looks the goods as does Ah Sui as we know. A few fade out are a bit of a worry though and losing to Cl by 2 points has put us behind the 8 ball. Bit of a test v SD this week.

On top of the ressie and league is great so far, but a long way to go. A win v SD away would be brilliant.
