Mate I didn't hire Curley nor fire Artie & I wasn't on the Worsfold/Gault committee and as yet Artie hasn't officially left

Sometimes a veiled threat to leave if you don't get the gig during the interview / appointment process isn't all that smart a move

I hope he applied for the Demons job and gets it , perhaps he could prove South wrong and establish his own senior coach credentials

Time will tell all Baz

I would'nt wish the demons job on anyone, let alone a bloke that should of be rewarded at his own club.

Time will tell, even if it does I still beleive Maskos should of been given the gig.

Anchor I reckon majority of Hases wins have been in dead rubbers mate, not too sure Hase has done as good a job as you say.......pretty sure SF won 6 games last year with 4 of those wins coming in the last six games of the year.......similar result this year........touch wood Curley can deliver on all this dead rubber momentum and optimism SF have engineered over the last month.........

pity for the SF fans exciting talents in Pickett, Garlett and to a lesser extent in Kelly and Schloithe wont be there next year to build on these last few wins.........be very fustrating if these boys line up against you next year like Main and Vandeleur did this year.......

I reckon the best thing Hase done for the SFFC is get Saunders over from CL.......amazing thing opportunity is.....this fella has kicked a shed load of goals for you boys since moving from Cl......where he could of easily still be languishing in the reserves or country football......

With Claremont's lack of a forward option this year I think it's fair to say that in hindsight he would be playing regularly in 2014. However his opportunities between 2012-13 may still have been limited. Who knows.

Spot on Freezerbag, its really just De Ja Vu from last year, 1 step forward 1 back..as you say its pretty much back to square one next year with the pantry cleaned out as a result of the eagles/dockers fiasco.
