Best performance of the season. Haze said after the game that he's sad that we couldn't deliver these efforts throughout the season but said that this group will have success over the coming years.

Very good effort on Saturday. Midfield made EF look very slow, perhaps slower than what a top 4 side's should be.

Kelly, Schloithe and co were dominant for us all day. Finally came together for 4 quarters. Been a while. Not bad either considering Gugs and Cook were out, 2 of our better runners.

Jarrod Parry has jumped up the last 8 weeks to be a real solid contributor. Can get the ball himself and can do an important shut down well like he did on Saturday against McGough. I like the look of Gundry too. Seems to have plenty of time, one grab player with good skills. Has fitted in well. And didn't Pickett look the goods in the league side. Plenty to like about for the AFL side that gets him in the draft.

Next year we need to target a CHF before anyone else. Gumby is a 3rd option up there at best as he is getting on and Pullman I don't think has got the goods anymore, hence why he is playing in the 2's. Another target to help Saunders and Gillespie and Gumby floating through is what we need to be looking at for 2015. (reckon Gumby will pull the pin actually)

Sellar's and Collica's best games all year, both of them being very handy on the day indeed.

Would like to see Garlett have a crack at a league game soon and see him and Pickett wreck havoc soon.

It's a pity we haven't performed better this year. Not many sides have a midfield of youth, experience and speed that we have I don't think. Martinez, Kelly, Schloithe, Parry, Collica, Hams, Cook, Gugs, Bewick and Bairstow. Wonder how we haven't performed better. Higgins will be top 3 in our B and F I would say with Schloithe and possibly Borovac.

Depth not great as the ressies keep getting pounded. Only McIntosh, Harvey, Mitch Carter and a couple of the colts who show much promise to push for a league spot I reckon.

Well done to the colts again. Time to ramp it up with 4 games to go and get a top 2 spot. A few colts to come in too which should make things very interesting. Pickett, Garlett, Dragovich, Matera and Ah Chee (where is he??) to name a few.

Be nice to beat Peel this week and absolutely avoid the wooden spoon.

Well done SF - great effort.
SFFC - WOOF WOOF

bit of a catch 22 there Bazza......want EF to make finals but then that would mean Malaxos stays on......if EF don't make the finals, reckon it would be a perfect time to say thanks but no thanks to Malaxos.......wouldn't say no to refresh that's for sure, if the ground is gonna get one, might as well do the coach too!!......
