Not so sure about this game Southerner. Swans have a lot of young guys who would have built themselves up for the first two games against the alignment teams and they may be at risk of mentally relaxing after the great win against Peel as young teams tend to do. It will be up to Ames, Davis, Notte, Riggio and the other Senior players to keep the team on the job. In contrast I find it hard to believe that Souths have not won at least one of their games with a list like theirs. They really should have buried Perth after jumping them. They will be desperate to win this game as 0-4 is very hard to come back from. As you said this should be a close one

South have only been able to play the first 40 minutes of each game so far Mike - then Mr Hyde emerges and it all falls to shite
The defensive side of things is alarming at best

Personally I think it will be too hard to get back now let alone 0-4 or 0-5 mate - that's just what I have witnessed myself - but anything is possible I guess ????

Gee still looking through that Bulldogs team it looks pretty potent in the midfield and up forward. Will be a good battle between Ames and Saunders. We also welcome back another ex Swannie in Pullman after entertaining Clancee Pearce last week. Next home game it will be Andy Krakouer, Marcus Adams and Matt Spencer

Your right on the money there Mike, I and everyone has loved the way the Swannies have started the season and I hope they continue but Souths will get it together very soon. Should be a good game !

I see jason maskos off a half back flank...is he the son of sam maskos? I used to play juniors with Sam at south freo junior footy club based at bruce lee oval...good bloke and excellent junior player
