What an interesting week of fixtures on the long weekend.
Souths go down the road to East Fremantle's home ground for the Monday derby. Just hoping the rain stays away during the match. Bit of a tall order for East Fremantle I think. Although if they replicate their third quarter from last Saturday for the entire match, it will be a good spectacle.
Heard on the telegraph this match being broadcast by the SportFM commentary team.
 

Weather sounds good mate, at this stage anyway.

Its a pity EFFC are struggling once again, never the less South have not really put in a consistent effort all week until they demolished the WCE 2nds, although that is no big one.

Should be interesting regardless.

Cheers C22. Did not realise Sport FM covering a second match. Everyone will be able to tune in and listen to a top class radio broadcast.
The weather is looking good for Monday with fine, partly cloudy conditions and a maximum temperature of about 19°

Looks like premiership player Caleb Datson has left SF, played for Jandakot in the PFL last couple of weeks , and then Wagin in the UGSFL yesterday.

Got the points but once again not a convincing performance, we had a handful of good players but the talent falls away pretty badly after that.

Higgins needs to hang onto a few marks, kept kicking to him with no result.

You have a side that is so far ahead on paper not funny. But then you couldn’t win a flag with Kelly, Pickett, Parker, Cook, Sloth, Saunders  Shaw, Main, Wilson, Higgins, Hams etc etc. Christ you struggled to even make GFs.

And you are the only team who can’t have a crack at PFC.

After the last few weeks I had thoughts we might see a hard fought old derby but we got away when it mattered and then just cantered with the 4 points 

Just a special mention to Matty Parker - we'll miss you mate but I guess we got lucky to briefly have you back to be honest and you are too good to be playing second tier
