LS go through which party supported/supports Medibank/Medicare, Supannuation Guarantee Levy, NDIS. There is ine party that has consistently support these programme (Labor) and one side (Liberals and Nationals) that have opposed such programmes. The SGL is to help the average worker have a better lifestyle in retirement.

Consistently the Labor Party has supported health, education and environmental programmes. What does the other side have? A PM that has personal views in DIRECT OPPOSITION to his party's views. A Liberal Party that has the likes of Bernardi et al ULTRA RIGHT wingers who have absolutely no interest in the working class of thiscountry. And its partner in the coalition a National Party led by Barnaby Joyce. One doesn't need to comment further on the Nationals.

:woohoo: I see all the Federal MP's are talking about a Republic again. If they choose to make it an act of parliment without a referemdum. They will be tared and feathered. Not hard to see why the Trump type polotitions are showing this mob..As the frauds and cheats they are.

GTR it requires a referendum to change the constitution. For those who think that Trump is the bee's knees I respectfully suggest you check put who are Trump's nominees for the various Secretary positions. It reminds me of a Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister scenario where Hacker is required to appoint a bishop and one of the nominees doesn't believe in God. That appears to be Trump's criterion when making his appointment: the person doesn't believe in the department. For example, Rick Perry is nominated for the department that he previously wanted to scrap. The environment nominee doesn't believe in climate change. Ben Carson has been nominated as the Housing Secretary. I read an article today that indicated the only qualification he has for this position is that he lives in a house.

Finally, it has been well established that D Trump is a LIAR of pathological levels.

Grassy: 100 per cent correct: people should stop complaining about the DSP -- commentators -- as it is now very difficult to receive the payment. The whole of the community services syestem is loaded against providing services to the disabelled and other clients, such as, the elderly. The ideological cliche is 'wellness', which, ridiculouslly concentrates on what the client 'can do', rather, than, how best one can meet the client's needs.

If he lies, it's because he's a politician. I'd much rather him than the little squeezer and standover union rep that is in charge of the labour camp. If you take your blinkers off and read a bit about one D Trump, you will understand he is quite a bit smarter than you realize. Gee swan, he MIGHT even be a bit smarter than you.....well maybe, but he's not a school teacher :P

Let's see: D Trump is a self-confessed abuser of women. A buffoon who claims that he knows more about everything than experts - he claimed he knows more than the US Generals. He claims he knows more than the US Intelligence personnel. He is a recidivist LIAR - I saw him deny saying something that he had said 5 minutes earlier in the same interview.

58S can you please explain your comments about "not a school teacher"?

He has been helped to win the US Presidency thanks to V Putin and Russia. His presidency is flawed before it has started and his election will be forever tainted. I suspect that not toolong after his inauguration Russia will invade the rest of Ukraine and will have eyes on other east European countries.

Finally it is quite remarkable that you are able to suggest that I don't know much about D Trump. Here is a question for you Bazza: how many of the Presidential debates did YOU watch?
