Well gents just t got off the plane from a busy trip to Europe , as per this thread ive managed to survive the blodiest July in Europe for a long time, and was in France when the Nice attack occured as well as the most recent abomination in Normandy with the killing of the priest.

Ive seen what the cops are up against there in terms of numbers of muslims and threat levels, the situation is shambolic and basically unwinnabke for mine under current policies.

Just glad to be back in one piece,

Baz: they need to take a harder line from building more gaols to pro-active police work; back in the days of the colonial war for Algeria, the French used to do whole security sweeps across the metro which involved dragging everybody of the trains to be searched. We may see a wee bit more of that especially as they are considering calling up the reserves.

Funny you should say that I was speaking to a French bloke about algeria as hid dad was a retired Gendarmerie at tbe time and he said tbe same, he said Hollande is far too weak, he is hated by everyone , laws need too change but they are on a tinder box numbers wise there are millions of African and Arabs there now , Paris I hardly saw a white face no bs.

It will be interesting to see what will happen at the next President's election in France, one can't see the left winning in the present environment. Bearring this in mind, it could be similar to 2002 when the National Front ran off against Chirac.
