I'm certainly no West Coast fan but you have to give credit where it's due. I thought they'd struggle to make the 8 at the beginning of the year but to finish second is an outstanding effort given some of the casualties throughout the season. Will they go deep into the finals? Who knows but they've given themselves every chance.

Absolutely BC agree with entirely I am not a WC supporter but admire the way that they have been able to regenerate, not rebuild after their stumble a few years ago. I am sure the fire in the belly is burning to rectify that result. Whether or not they can only time will tell , however they have given themselves every opportunity to get to the big dance again...

Should beat Collingwood at home. Have a big chance to get into the GF.

Pretty impressive season from them, once again left the purple mob up the road in their wake.,

Top 2 for min pretty much looks a GF in for them as far as Im concerned.

But everyones just lining up to be beaten by Richmond at The MCG GF day, nobody will be them there.

It’s an outstanding effort when you consider they have had to do it without Kennedy and Darling at different times of the season add that to Nic going down and they have done really well.
Most critics had them either at the bottom end of the eight or not playing finals at all.

I do think JK will be underdone and with Gaff and Nic Nat missing it will catch them out in a pressure cooked final at some stage.

Anyone from 1 to 8 on there day can win the flag.
First time that teams 7th and 8th are not just there making up numbers.

Why would anyone, including you, take any notice of Walls?

The WCE League and Reserves both made the finals....again!

I think Richmond will win also, they seem to turn up every week without fail and always lift a cog when challenged like truly great sides do. But I reckon the Eagles could be the only team that could cause the upset because of their height. You can't beat Richmond at their own game and the Eagles are a team that are playing a bit more of an old school side than the other finalists with two ruckman, two genuine key defenders, and a tall forward line especially if Kennedy is back.

All they have done is achieve what they should have at the start of the season; make the top four; anybody whom even remotely thought similar to Walls considerring the forwards and ruck division they have, needs to re-think how they judge football.
