What's wrong with having a shot clock for players that are lining up for goal. They are only allowed 30 seconds anyway. Wouldn't have it at the stadiums though. It would be more a tv thing.

How is a shot clock a rule?

There will be a shit load of 50 meter penalties in the early rounds with this new ten meter rule.
