Very true, I was surprised that we made it and went over for the game. Was a great week over there and there were plenty of Freo fans at all the pubs and clubs. Not the first club to lose its first grand final and wont be the last, it was a great experience and as you so rightly say, anything can happen if Walters and a few others come back. Certainly better times at the moment.

Lyon left the saints with a terrible list. He obvioulsy tried to top up the Saints to win a flag. Pattison, Smith, Peake, Polo, Schnider, Demspter,Lovett, Ray all during his reign. Whats really amazing Anchorman is when you look at the home page all the interest is in Freo and by a long way. I mean I have no interest in WC forum and never go on it yet they are on our page more than us always with negatives that they repeat over and over again. Some others like S & S or whatever he wants to call himself at the time, isn't, in his own words, interested in Freo or WC yet dribbles negative crap about Freo. The commentary is ill informed, negative and nonsensical. He must make it up while he is waiting for the orange bus to pick him up.

Pearce is a crab and you have a $600 thousand dollar a year player, playing with Peel. You picked up Gumbelton who unfortunately for him and your club is a broken down horse. Is Bradley till with you lot.
To top it off Sydney and Port are looking very dangerous, not to mention The Hawks. I notice a few have stated when Walters gets back, What towards the end of the year, how will he be traveling with match fitness going into a finals campaign.Dreamers
I feel unfortunately that a top 4 finish will not be enough for the dorkers, their only real chance is to try a pinch a top 2 position.
That is why I am of the opinion that Freo's window is just about shut again and Ross will be eyeing off greener pastures. 4 Grand finals for 4 losses.
In the meantime West Coast , the number 1 AFL team for this State will have rebuilt and show you lot how to win another Flag. FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy with Pearce and happy getting Gumby for nothing. Walters getting back, one thing Lyon doesn't do is bring someone in who isn't ready. Top 4 I'm more than happy with if we make it and our windows open at the moment, yours is smashed and you are a long way from opening it again with the coach you have and a team full of Hollywoods who don't like the hard work.
We don't have cups and medals, we know that, but you have f/all at the moment and we absolutely love it.

What would you know about 1991? FFS sonny, were you even born then? You were probably an Eagles supporter if you were. TBH, if Freo winning the flag depends on one man - Walters, then you are in trouble....big time.

Love being called Sonny that hasn't happened in many years, I remember 1991 very well, the Eagles were smashed by the Hawks and no I wasn't a WC supporter, I actually followed South melbourne and later the Swans as I followed San Districts in WA and remember their 3 in a row in 61,62 and 63. Finally I can't remember me or anyone else saying the flag depended on Walters. The interest from you WC supporters is very complimentary. Thank you.
