Hey DD i have a story for you.
About 600 metres from my house.On my street.Previous Tennants where removed and new people moved in.
Over the last few weeks they have removed trees and front yard structures.Removed the front lawn and put gravel in its place..
Had been out of town for a few days.Got back this morning.
The 3 bedroom home has about 15 vehicles their.Trucks,Taxis and brand new hybrid Camrys (Uber Cars).
Was walking my dog past the house .Looks like about 15 to 20 Sikhs live in the house.All look young student age.

There you go that's quite a stunning story and not surprising gtr. I've driven past many houses with several cars out the front including multiple taxis. 

Goes to show Clare O'Neil's so called crack down on these dodgy Indian student visa's has done little. Would you do me a favour gtr, report this to several government agencies. A number of breaches here you would assume and it must be an eyesore for your neighbourhood.

Department of Immigration, Home Affairs and your local shire as this surely breaches several local government laws around parking, safety and number of people living in one dwelling. I would say they've modified the inside of the house to accommodate probably up to 15 people.

Building inspectors field day. These cunts are aggressive and disrespectful of Australians and our laws and standards.

I picked up an Aussie from T2 the other day who was refused to be taken to Forrestfield because it's only a $30 trip by the 4 curry munchers in front of me. He was already in the first taxi and was kicked out when he told the driver where he was going.

I phoned DOT (Department of Transport) while he was in my Taxi to lodge a complaint for Compliance to investigate. Guess who answered the call? An Indian sheila who showed no interest in taking down any details. She told him he needs to do this and that and put it in writing. The guy didn't take any photos but I told her they can obtain camera footage from the airport from just prior to the time I put the meter on. I gave him a receipt and the time I started the meter and the email address to make the complaint.

By the way if any of you here have a bad experience with a dodgy taxi or Uber driver, forward your complaint to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. always take a photo of the taxi, driver ID if possible but not necessary. If it's an Uber you have all the details in your app. Same with taxi if you booked it in the Taxi app.

It'll take the owners years to get the cooking stench out of the house. Then again it's probably owned by and elephant pilot, renting it by the room or by the bed!!

I know the people whos back fence borders their property..They said its dead quiet during the days ,with all the curtains shut.Must all be shift workers sleeping during the day.
I have convinced them to make a complaint to the City of Bayswater.About the amount of people per shower and w/c.
My understanding with the Sikhs like the Chinese.They come here to work and study.But adventually go home.Like the Chinese a very high percentage are smokers.Pack of 25 back home is 75 cents.Here its over $30 for a packet of 25 smokes.

At least the Asians and Irish work in areas of need gtr and came here on legitimate visa's. Have you ever seen a curry muncher on a construction site or doing a trade? They don't like working with their hands doing hard work.

They want the cushy comfortable jobs, driving taxis and Ubers or working behind a counter at 7-Eleven or security.

I have been doing home maintenance for about 25 years and you want to see the hovels / pig styes I have encountered. Down our way we call them FUNDIES or FOONDIES. We go out to properties where there is so much cooking fat clinging to every part of the kitchen, kitchen doors hanging on one hinge and bins overflowing with food scraps that are weeks old. Work orders say roof leaking, go out to the property and the house has all the windows / doors shut and the cooking is causing moisture humidity dribbling down the walls. Vacant properties where the curry is stuck to the walls and industrial cleaning can’t get rid of the smell. And what about the fifteen fundies living in a four-bedroom two-bathroom house, the shower never stops, water leaking through the wall rotting the carpet, they haven’t got a clue. And what about the lease holder who doesn’t even live in the rental, he is sub-leasing to the fifteen fundies at two hundred a week and the agent can’t prove that that’s happening. That’s happening to the property next door and the landlord is fighting with the agent over the matter. And what about the Fundie next door who complained to me because I was mowing my neighbour’s lawn because he is not well at eleven o’clock on a Sunday morning because his wife is a nurse and works night shift. And what about the shit that’s left behind when the Fundies vacate and then they complain that there are tip fees when my son and I have to clean the shit hole and dispose their shit. AND THAT’S A FACT.

I been in a house like that once and couldn't believe what I saw.

I've encounterd a lot of the same things in my line of work Winger.  It's almost like they don't believe in ventilation, whether it's in the kitchen or bathroom.

The only out I'll give them is that in some of the places they live there is no windows in the bathroom and if the showers are in use multiple times a day and the fan is one of those fan lights then this isn't adequate.  You need a fan that's seperate from the lights.  Also a window helps.

Flat Enamel also helps with the ceilings and in some cases the walls.

And you wonder why there's a shortage of rentals, many owners of rentals are finding it's just not worth it and selling to owner occupiers, plus the government are continually changing the laws to grossly favour tenants then wonder why rental investors are leaving the market in droves. The various governments, both state and federal have neglected the social housing issue for decades. Rudd's labour missed an opportunity to build thousands of social houses instead deciding to build school halls and assembly area roofs, many of which were not needed.
