Just checked the club website. Ten (10) colts have been promoted to the senior list.
I think that it has been a long time since that many have come up in on season....

It has been a long time since those transition paths have been so uncluttered.

Some talented boys there. Certainly the first six could step up to league next year. Some forwards, mids and defenders in that lot.

Looking long term of course.

Not many talls DF. All around 18y/o 175 to 185cm.

Joshua Burke 19y/o 190cm Kristian Morisey 18 y/o 189cm
Zac Hill 19y/o 191cm Scotney 18 y/o 189cm
Bereyne 18 y/o a big lad 191cm 104kg kicked 51 goals in 2016. Need to trim down a bit methinks.
All still boys with more growth spurts to come perhaps.
Several will possibly get an opportunity at league level. Ninyette showed a bit at league level this year and would expect to see him get more opportunities. Overall a talented group.
Ugle, Narkle and Bereyne still listed in Colts but may also get their chance next year.

We might expect Zac Fisher to be drafted into the AFL and we wish him well but if he happens to miss the call he will add to our midfield strength.

The West reporting today that Claremont have asked permission to speak with Tendai. Perhaps the mates are going to play together but not in red and black. Deboer reportedly has committed to the Tigers.
Claremont also chasing Kane Lucas as is Perth.

Disappointing development.
But not over yet.

It may not be over but we have all followed this football club long enough to know that we are full of disappointments!

TBH i thought it to good to be true the signing of the 3 mentioned and whats the bet Tendai,Deboer and Kane Mitchell all end up at Claremont.
Our only hope would be to have Tendai come back but by all reports him and Deboer are joined at the hip.

Kane Lucas imo would be a disappointment and let down from all the others mentioned as recruits although his old man played here so the place should hold some sentimental value to him.

Where are we at with Tropiano?
Another big let down looms here as well.

Yes a lot of premature ejaculation going on again, there is no loyalty anymore why wouldn't Tendai go to the Tigers they will more than likely be a shoo in for finals next year cant say that with any confidence about Perth.
