MrM does love everyone interest in B Grade football this weekend. Has made this gents Train trip more enjoyable, as I wait for the next NFL games to begin on my trusty iPad.

Unsure of all the Wanneroo pile on though, has MrM missed something?

Colts, good game of football - both teams had a crack. Game probably turned when a Wanneroo player was taken away in an ambulance - seemed to unsettle a few. However credit to Mt Lawley for a good comeback.
I would probably argue against Wanneroo starting the fight... But this is a matter of opinion. If you get a chance, watch the game somewhere online and go to timestamp 1:20:34 and perhaps your opinion might change.

As for the Reserves, Whitford obviously too good - as the score line suggests. MrM never said no good, but just questioned players dropping back to qualify - odd, but then again things do surprise MrM. - and someone up earlier in the comments suggested if you were a Wanneroo player who was dropped you would be disappointed. ( I do not recall who said - MrM ipad suffering here) MrM could not find any player who was dropped? Were they?

Probably the difference was as TheShiz pointed out, the core of Whitfords players age, Where was Wanneroo was from up and down the spine

It did also seem to me on Saturday, as MrM was overlooking from the timekeepers box, that there was plenty of blue in the crowd, such a shame none of them wanted to play 4's football in the latter part of the season though.

Cannot comment on the crowd behaviour, however I found out yesterday, some were given a dressing down from The President towards the end of the game and were made to apologise.

Well done to West Coast as well. Simon Parry extremely stiff to not get BOG.

As for the black and white teams at Arena over the weekend... 0 from 4. Unlucky

Well Well, thought i would jump on a read some insightful views on the 3 G/F's but instead (besides Blunder who's  objective & constructive opinions are appreciated) all there is ,is crap, self serving & derogatory remarks written buy 4 low life grubs! Why on earth wouldn't you talk up your own clubs achievements? I bet your not even liked within your own club!
I won't sit back and and cop this crap but before i respond i will congratulate Mt Lawley, Whitfords and WC on winning the respective premierships. I watched all 3 games and they were deserved. 80% of our ressies (and league for that matter) are 22 and under so the Whitfords  more experienced and physically stronger players got the better of us. In the colts it was a similar story but there a lot of them who are bottom age so future looks bright for them as well. In the league WC were harder at the ball,wanted it more and Basso's early ill-discapline cost them dearly.
Now for the grubs ,Giz, Duck ,Goalski and UTB(who i expected better from)!
Giz this is the second time you have trotted out the same lie about stacking the ressies and you're now being supported by a fellow grubs in Goalski & Dick, sorry Duck. Fact, there were only 2 changes to the side that defeated you in the semi.  1 was unfortunately injured and the other, who had played 2 league games for the season, replaced a player who had played 4 league games for the season. None of the regular ressies players missed out unlike your mob who dropped 6 players, inc.3 who had played the whole season in ressies. Fact, there were 5 players from the league preliminary final side who were qualified to play ressies but the club decided win or loose it would not be fair on the blokes who had been there all yr .If those 5 had played the result may have been different but we as a club are more than happy with the decision, short term pain, long term gain. While the rest of the competition was working on league success your club has spent the whole yr ensuring you win the ressies win the G/F, well congratulations! You have compromised your club, your players and even the E4 competition to win the ressies. By the way how much did it cost you to hire the Arena Joondalup to for training during the week, FFS! Maybe if you spent that much effort on the league you would be more competitive. Hopefully nxt yr you will try for another ressies flag to make sure the selfish group of aging hero's are kept happy.
As far as the colts go they a a great group of young men & players who will be even be better in the seniors. One minor ill-disciplined act in frustration towards the end of the game hardly constitutes "going the knuckle" and it would probably have dissipated if the Mt Lawley bench hadn't decided to get involved?
On our supporters, if singing the darts theme song when we scored a goal offends you then maybe you should stick to being a key board "Warrior"!
Congratulations to the WAFC on a great yr, we didn't get the chocolates this yr but we have set ourselves up for success in the yrs to come and that's what it's all about.
No doubt i will hear from Giz and co again but i doubt i will waste anymore time on you!

Gee Far North hypocritical much? yourself and Mr M have been very critical of Whitfords all year, making up a stories & so called rumours about the club in North Padbury. It's been fascinating to watch.

I would be very surprised if any club in any competition would be so stupid as to focus on a reserve grade premiership to the detriment of the club as you claim. What is more probable, realistic and logical is that over the past 1-2 years a handful of ageing league players have realised their time is up at League level and its time to let some youth in, this is not uncommon in football, have you heard of a guy by the name of Nathan Jones?  Obviously handy players in the reserves comp. 

League side is youthful, started off slow as you can expect but very competitive towards the end of the season mixing it with the best teams in the comp. Future is bright, credit to the older guys for doing the club thing.

Compromising the E4 competition to win a ressie's flag? thats a real long bow, one that makes utterly no sense. The C5 comp has been a mess for years, our 4th grade side took matters into their own hands. The team will be fielded again next year in a different grade.

So there you have it, no player unrest, no stacking of sides just business as usual.

I don't often take pot shots at other ammo clubs on here but if you are going to throw rocks all year at North Padbury don't be surprised when you get a few back after your club capitulates at the pointy end of the season.

I believe i have only posted once this yr when in R7 when Fullback arced up on us.
Before that i think the only posting's i have ever made were last yr in "Baldivis entering the PFL" conversation?
If you and Mr M want to have you own little spat go for it. Feel free to reply directly to his tongue in cheek & sarcastic remarks in anyway you please i have no issue with that but in this case you and your grubby mates initiated this crap so don't expect us to lay down.  

Initiated what? Its been pretty constant from the Wanneroo camp on here all year, if you do not believe me go thru Mr M's posts there is a reference every week to "the troubles @ Whitfords". It's fine, I like the banter, but its a two way street.

I hate to point it out to you Far North, but Wanneroo laid down a couple weeks back.

As for training at Joondalup, we asked, they said yes as we have a great relationship with WP, can the same be said about your mob?

Perhaps some lessons in humility and humbleness wouldn’t go astray to your 2s, perhaps they need some ageing superstars to help guide them.  Very chirpy after the semi final win and then again the following week when they had the bye. 

The fact that your president got stuck into your own fans in the 2s game plus the colts punching on after the siren may suggest that some off field work needs to be done to match your on field potential.

My tongue-in-cheek comment about the dropped reserves players having to watch that match was a direct reply to Mr M’s comment (now since deleted) saying that League players were going to be brought in for the GF.
The now deleted post I’m referring to is when he gave his tips for the weekend. He got 0/3 by the way, perhaps another reason why he deleted the post?
Has Mr M been muzzled now or have I missed something?

Far North I'm not sure what part of the Mt L bench got involved with the scrap? Also you had more top age colts than Mt L. You also had 5 permit players. Not to mention probably 70 colts to pick from. Salty much? Your mob got out played.
