The big Sandover medal count is just around the corner. Bit difficult predicting a winner.

No doubt Jye Bolton will win....will get talked up as a mature draftee...then over looked again...usual suspects surely will come from the top 3 teams.....tho Subi once again will be sharing their votes between about 4 - 5 players....

Would seem Delahunty is the favourite, had a massive run of BOG's through the middle of the season, couple of quieter ones late, Horse had a solid season but not as dominant as previous seasons, Kitchen will get votes but not so many Bog 5 votes as Dela, others at Subi who will attract votes are Walters, Clark and Sokol & Litherland.

Perhaps others can give a rundown of their clubs best chances.

I can't see anyone from EF polling that well- its a pretty even group and we didn't get any in the Team of the Year. Maybe Boekhorst as top vote getter for EF??

I think Bolton will lead early and Delahunty and Mitchell to chase him down.

Hampson -- umpires do what like, don't forget Carter, Wiley and Featherby never won one between them.

Swans only won 4 games but had some close losses early so players make have picked up 1 or 2 votes in those losses with the 3 likely to go to a winning side.
Notte, Hampson and Jesse Turner the best 3 for Swans on performances.
Tony Notte could pick up the 1 vote in 7-8 games if umpires look beyond mid-fielders.

i thought Schloithe got rubbed out earlier in the year, could be wrong. as previously mentioned mitchel will be in the mix, prolific ball getter but average disposer, proven vote getter.

Just had a look on the WAFL site and nobody will be getting 5 votes in the Sandover, or even 4, seems they have reverted to the 3-2-1. Good move imho but i haven't seen any articles in the media about the change, maybe i just missed it?
