Let me introduce by saying this ain't happening. CONTROL can confirm it after having spoke directly with a few horses' mouths. Source who is spoon-feeding such rumour is a journalistic disgrace. Clubs have not been informed of nada. Reserves will stay. "Sorry bout that Chief" THE END

DA welcome. Certainly at Swans's AGM one of our directors and our senior women's coach indicated that their games would be played in the time slot currently occupied by the men's reserves' matches.

Sorry the comment "Clubs have not been informed" should be taken with less than a grain of salt.

Yet to pay up my membership for season 2018 42....if this is a fait accompli for 2019 very much doubt I will bother #nofuture

Bit of a dilemma there DW because if we all dont pay up our membership we might not have a club at all.....full stop!

Exactly BH....it’s a bloody big dilemna...be nice to hear the club speak up publicly if indeed the SD woman’s coach and a director (who?) have been officially informed as 42 indicated

DW: correct on playing the women's game across the ground. I said the same thing on another thread and not one person supportted it, which, if people would think about it, explains why we are in this position in the first place.

You can't keep privledegging the inferior over that which is superior and expect society not to go backwards.,

DW just to clarify it was said at the AGM the would be 5 women's teams under the WAFC in 2019 and that the clubs would be notified who the 5 clubs would be around May, 2018. And that those women's matches would be played the game before the men's league games.
