Think you are wasting your time there Chaddy.....good to see EP get young Jackson Ramsay back from his stint in the AFL....good on the kid for being loyal and trying his luck back at his old club despite EP alignment with WCE......

Will do Chaddy. There are already many other topics covering the alignments please keep this discussion on topic for its intended purpose.

Has anyone seen anything on Rhys Palmer? The only mail was in the paper and that East Freo were talking to him but that was a while ago and I haven't noticed anything concrete since then.

BC if Palner was going to be loyal and return to EF it would of been done n dusted by now....feels like money is the key here, which TBH EF haven't got bucket loads of...reckon Cl or SF will be his destination, best thing EF can do nail the club which wants him with a sizeable tsf fee and go after someone else....

Out of interest with Swallow going to the NEAFL and Aspley, can EF get a tsf fee for him or are tsf between states freebies now?

That's a good question in relation to Swallow Freez....I'd think he'd revert back to EF once he was delisted same as Palmer but whether you get a fee for an interstate transfer is another thing. Maybe one of the luminaries on here can answer that one.

Freeze,

I can tell you 100% that WP offered Palmer $1300 per game and his Manager (He) turned it down. This clearly means that $ubi are the front runners to get his services, not many clubs can better that offer.

What a waste of money that would have been.

I reckon he'll finish up at Claremont. They're got room in the points cap and would have plenty of coin to splash around. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure he won't be at Subi....plus I don't think we need another mid. We've already got Horsley, Kitchin, Cockie, Scotty Hancock, Phelan, Corey Adamson, Justin Joyce, Rowen Powell, Maxy Walters and picked up Ben Newton, Josh Deluca and Drew Rohde can go though the middle as well...so I wouldn't think the club would waste $ and points on another mid.
