Yep looking forward to a tremendous contest SF v SD at Fremantle Oval, lets hope for a good crowd, looks like it will be rain though,

So no children ever get included in the official attendances at SD? No invited guests with complimentary tickets included either? What a load of crap!

There is no reason for a club to consistently under report official attendances and to not report those with free entry makes no sense at all.

What does make sense is to under report the paying patrons so that you have a nice little cash slush fund available to use undetected. Like purchasing new tyres for an ex-AFL player outside of the constraints of the salary cap.

The 'they' that I referred to in my last post would be the gate attendants, the ones that normally take the money at any other club and mark off each patron as they enter the venue.

Are you suggesting the WAFC not do its job and let fraudulent behaviour go unchecked, perhaps in that case it would be more appropriate the matter be referred to the Major Fraud Squad of the Western Australia Police Service...would you prefer that Swan42?

Baz - Tiger Tales..Im not sure about most Wafl clubs.But I know Swans and West Perth open there gates .About half way through the 2nd qtr of the League match.The 2nd half of a Basso league match allways looks bigger than the first half.Locals and people in the area walk in and have a look.
The heritage gates needed a pass out at half time in previous years.Not this year if you leave the ground at half time.The gates are wide open.This could cause the crowd discrepancies???
