I think I read recently that they're going to trial the WAFL GF there in 2018 but need 20,000 to make it worth while. I think that's achievable considering most people who haven't had an opportunity to check out the new stadium will jump at the chance and we could see a lot of neutral supporters.

That's correct, it will be there for a few years , but they need 20k to make it viable. It could be a bit cavernous even with 20K.
