Since WP won by 30pt mate one would think Keunens ruck/all round play numbers would be far greater than Youngs to be considered BOG.....but they werent.....sounds both fellas nulified each other out...

Which WAFL team do you support and have you ever seen Swans' play. Simmo alongside Ames holds our backline together.

Have to agree with Astro for once, Simpson is a competitor a real angry type. But as far as a state level footballer I'm not sure he is up to it but perhaps our side is not that strong.

Does not matter which team i support. To make you fill better, Ames is the best fullback in the comp and that had made Simmo a better player. He plays off and does not defend.

Simpson is 3rd in the comp for marks and 10th for kicks.
slow but reads the play superbly, one grab player in the air and has a ton of courage.
if you are picking form players then he has to play, if you dont want in-form players then he doesnt play, pretty simple really.

Astro and Larry Bird dont want the team picked on form and that is fine.

its called reading the play, Simpson has a great footy brain and gets to the right spots, he is an old fashioned footballer who can read the play, in the old days these blokes would be seen as smart footballers, now according to Astro he plays off and doesnt defend..you gotta laugh.
