LB your right, why would WAFL players be any different from the rest of society, which is drowning in legal drugs like alcohol and illegal drugs like ice, it's just that they need to realize they have a much higher chance of being pinged, despite the WAFL's very limited drug testing regime it has still caught a few over the last few years.

hey SS...you mentioned the subi culprits have been fined and/or suspended...do you know who they are and what penalties were given as I can't find it anywhere?

interesting reading the report on Boland's trial last week. apparently a WP player whacked a Subi player inside the HipE club and got himself ejected. the subi guys left some time later and were confronted by the WP players in a lane way. a blue broke out and Boland took on all comers. its yet to emerge what role Halligan had as he's pleading not guilty. i also find it strange the jerker player who clipped the subi guy inside the club wasn't charged. maybe the subi player involved manned up and didn't make a statement...shame the jerkers couldn't do same.

Either way this is puplicity the WAFL DOES NOT NEED, we are trying to get families along to games with a kid and family friendly environment as a point of difference from AFL. We don't need dickheads doing shit like this.

i dont disagree with you mate. i'm really disappointed they were there at that hour in the first place but i guess when you mix alcohol, a strong rivalry between two teams, a group of young blokes at a night club..its not surprising it happened. hopefully they all learned a lesson.
