Going forward we will have a podcast up every Monday/Tuesday reviewing the WAFL weekend and Friday/Saturday previewing the weekend ahead and a quick look at the big topics in the WAFL.

If the WAFL won't do it themselves and can't promote their league properly, we are going to take the WAFL to the masses one podcast at a time.

Good on both of you. I enjoyed the podcast and will follow it.

But again, I can't help but feel saddened at how ridiculous it is that us, the WAFL footy fan, has to try and save the WAFL while the WAFC do nothing about it and no one else gives a shitter.

Done MrTripleC...spent a couple of years in London hangin with a DJ friend who goes by the name of MrC...coincidence???

westaussieguy....the signs will be out the front of the shop first thing tomorrow. Photos will be taken and posted here first on Oz Footy and I will attempt to send to all WAFL clubs.

Due to social media restrictions policy of our banner group I am not allowed to divulge our business name directly on any site without permission first so all I can tell you is if you are driving down Green St in Mt Hawthorn tomorrow you will see our sign (fully registered with the council and with public liability insurance for anyone who might want to have them removed for their selfish AFL like reason)

We've sacrificed our advertising blackboards in the hope that people may read them and be reminded of the importance of WAFL footy to our state as they drive by or in the very least remember something they once loved. I wish I could be more scathing towards the WAFC & AFL but I can't afford to upset AFL followers who in general just love footy like the rest of us and have my bosses screaming at me for alienating customers, trust me business is already tough enough. So the signs must be reasonably positive so hopefully by spruiking the WAFL to our passers-by until the end of the season it might plant a few seeds. We all count if the WAFL is to remain viable.

The social media slaughter that has been organised is another thing altogether but is outta of my hands and in the hands of people who know how to keep their identity hidden in the cyber world. Way outta my league so I can't be directly involved but guess I've helped plant a seed there too. I look forward to seeing what them boys come up with, they love to embarrass the fat cats for fun....think of that organisation Anonymous and you are in the same ballpark. Stay tuned for now...my understanding is that it will all go Pete Tong after the GF.
