Well he was on the WAFL players list as a SF player.

Yep well he’s a Perth player now, in a SF jumper with his previous club listed as Geelong and previous competition listed as AFL. 

The WAFL site clearly not a source you’d want to reference if you want accuracy…

He wasn’t playing on a permit from SF at Exmouth this year, was a full clearance out. He also played Ammos for Freo CBC, not on a permit either. 

He was on South's supplementary list and he wasn't eligible for a transfer (to another WAFL club I assume) under WAFL rules because he was under the age of 23 at the time and not eligible until he was on a supplimentry list for 12 months. 

The Sparks brothers signed with Perth last off season then wanted more money. Carey Park offered more and they played on a permit from Perth. Until recently both were still on our list. Harley is still there and will probably play for Carey Park again.

Who do you think gets the 15k transfer fee for Schlensog? SF, Exmouth or Fremantle CBC? And hasn't been on an AFL list for a few years.

Unusual. The four Clubs that make up two of the bigger fixtures in WAFL football, the Perth and Fremantle Derbies, have at the moment supplied no players in the Draft.

Maybe that will change in the Rookie Draft.

My club punches well and truly above it's weight when you look at our record in colts, league and senior state team selections.

Yep a couple of big lads from joondy and ferals picked up in the rookie draft odin jones and  Xavier Welsh

Disappointing for any prospective AFL wannabe to miss out. Congrats to all who got drafted.From an EF perspective, disappointed for U18 AA EF forward Koen Sanchez for missing out.....like Hagan last year, perhaps too small and too slow....who knows.
