East freo to get the 4 points against ellenbrook at east freo. Eels in the ressies by plenty

Kenwick to enjoy the week off. Cannot see them losing another gome and away game.

Looks like the Easts v Eels ressies score has also been put into the league game. I think the correct score was 18.7 - 115 to 7.3 - 45 Ellenbrooks way......

Interesting day down at Karoonda with Brentwood losing the colts but winning Ressies, League and thrids.

In the league was a great game all day, I think swan view lead at teh first chage by a point, brentwood then lead at hal;f time by about a goal, then swan view lead at teh last change by about a goal, with brentwood finishing off better and getting up by a couple.

I think Dayle Garlet did play, if he was number 10 on the wing, didnt really do anything special and think he was probably beaten by our crowd favourite on the wing!

Dont like whinging about umpires, but swan views is a dead set cheat, some of the calls were absolutley ridiculous, didnt affect the result, but if he kept going it may have. glad he wont be around come finals time!

Having a look at the ladder and the games to come, it is going to be a scramble at the end of the year, you would think the top 5 is sorted, now the hunt for top 3 and a second chance starts! I guess percentage will definatley come into it!

Pretty sure that umpire doubled up from the ressies - Same deal. Sure he calls it as he sees it, but definately biased towards the view. some very dubious calls at cruicial stages in the twos.

Dianella vs Cockburn (league)

Dianella with alot of missing players from there last game against Kenwick but no excuses, Full credit to Cockburn with there good fought out game wich they never gave up and pushed dianella until the final siren, Dianella with an off game but still managed to win by 5 goals and hold on to a top 3 spot

there was no change in the order of the Ladder this week with all bar 3 tippers getting all 4

You blokes from Brentwood talk a fair amount of crap! Ive noticed that Bulldog tries to play the nice guy card but is quite often the first to throw stones or take sly digs at opposing clubs. From sooking about umpires or trying to state a team was too intimidating to trying to make something out of a team having no players in the bar after a game etc etc.
It makes me wonder whether your the President or the Colts coach who had a whinge and rang the Amatuers 1st thing Monday because Dayle's name was still on the team sheet at half time. It's not like your boys would've had to play against him in finals and I'm not sure why you didn't complain about the other 2 names who were left on there.
Which brings me to my next point that you clearly have little idea because if Dayle was number 10 on the wing in the league game I'm sure you would've seen it on the league team sheet. The young bloke who is number 10 however would love to have a left peg like his.

YGT,you blokes won the ressies quite comfortably so I doubt there were many crucial stages where the result was affected.
Bulldog,calling him a cheat is totally uncalled for! The umpires on saturday had little to no bearing on the result. Yep he makes some bad calls but they go both ways for sure unlike an umpire or 2 in this comp and not to mention your colts umpire. Your players freely admit he cheats,doesn't help but because they are pretty average.

Onto the actual game,great contest! I was told Brentwood were missing a few but that team we put out on Saturday was probably the youngest and most inexperienced league side the club has ever played. 10 colts boys in that team and 14 under 21. Was a great effort by our boys having 4 blokes double up due to some unfortunate circumstances.
We will be getting quite a few back in the coming weeks which will strengthen each of our teams. Massive game for the League team this Saturday as its a virtual elimination final for Ellenbrook. If we win it guarantees us a finals spot and our players are confident we can beat anyone with a near full strength side,something we haven't had for many weeks.

Fat Tony, bulldog isnt the president or colts coach and wouldnt have a clue about the fact you are putting players on team sheets who arent there so you can cheat and qualify them for finals. He might know about the fact your club refused to supply a boundary umpire for reserves but had a runner and a healthy crowd watching on, until our umpire made you that is. He would definitely know that your umpire is very very very bad if he isnt a cheat, that your coach is an absolute peanut and the players hate him and that the standard of behaviour around the grounds seems to have dropped a bit this year, hence the odd complaint.
