Kingsway v Thornlie
Previous meetings this season
Thornlie 14.14 98 def Kingsway 3.4 22
Thornlie 7.14 56 def Kingsway 6.4 40
Thornlie colts for me here. It will not be a blow out though as previous contests suggest. Kingsway CHF holds their destiny.
No odds on childrens football

Reserves

Melville v Gosnells
Previous meetings this season
Gosnells 10.10 70 def Melville 7.10 52
Melville 18.11 119 def Gosnells 7.4 46

Had a feeling Gosnells would win last week and my kanga sensors are well and truly pricked up again this week. Funnily enough not one player from the Melville league side last week is qualified to play in the reserves this week. I am going with my gut on this and tipping a straight sets for Melville.
Gosnells BMX bandits to make use of the skate park @ $1.45
Melville to swear at each other and call each other names for not passing the ball @ $1.12
Melville-Melville-Melville-Gosnells @ $12

League

Wanneroo v Kingsway
Previous meetings this season
Wanneroo 18.8 116 def Kingsway 11.5 71
Wanneroo 11.9 75 def Kingsway 8.11 59

if my predictions are correct this game is going to see Wanneroo be the only top side left in C grade at the beginning of the match.......I think they will be the only top side left by the end of the match also. Kingsway have exceeded expectations and deserve to be recognised for a great season but I think "Real Roos" got their wake up call last week. My prediction is the team that is leading at quarter time will lose the match.

Kingsway full forward to kick 5 sausage rolls , rolled in to demolishing 9 pies after the match @ $4.85
Kingsway Hunter to strap the boots on and kick the first goal @ $37
Kingsway-Wanneroo-Wanneroo-Wanneroo @ $2.80

Best of luck to everyone involved and well done on getting this far

Shwaborn not sure who won the colts got told thornlie won and heard they lost any way Melville won the ressies. And in what was a cracking game of footy wanneroo beat kingsway by 2 points. Can't wait for the write ups as this was the best game of amateur footy I've seen this year hope the gf is as good a game.

Kingsway won the colts by 9 points. Pity the league game was marred by the most ridiculous yellow card send off I have ever seen. Kingsway number 8 had played a blinder and tackled a bloke head high ( one of maybe 4 or 5 during the game) that didn't hurt the player and was sent off at the 5 minute mark of the last qtr. what made it frustrating for all of he kingsway supporters was the wanneroo ruck man gave away 3 x 50 meter penalties which were paid down the ground for late hits and were harder hits than. What the kingsway player did yet was allowed to stay out there. Agree with guess who it was a great game that had everything. Kingsway will rue the fact that the kicked 6 straight behinds to start the game. Wanneroo will need to improve to beat kelmscott next week

Leggo....I dont think the Wanneroo Ruckman gave away 3 50m penalties, gave away a couple of down the ground free kicks. Wouldnt say they were harder hits either, and i reckon a couple of them were as he was still in the motion of kicking. The umpires were hot on the down field free kicks all day. Kingsway's ruckman did a swinging arm high tackle, obviously the umpires believed it was intentional and he received a yellow card, I didnt think it was worthy of a yellow card to be honest, but umpires do make mistakes. I also dont think the game was marred by that decision either, must have been on the sauce when you wrote this and got a little emotional?

Soprano - not emotional mate as i am a neutral supporter but i do believe that the yellow had a big bearing on the result especially as number 8 was Kingsways only ruckman who had done great job to that stage. Not surprising that Wanneroo won the majority of centre clearances after that as Kingsway had to use a makeshift ruckman for the balance of the last qtr.

Having said that what a cracking game of footy that was well supported by both clubs. One of the biggest C1 ammo crowds i have seen in a while with the result in the balance right until the end

2 points, dammit.
Oh well, only Hunter's first year as coach.
With relegation set to take off Wanneroo and Kelmscott, next year should get one step closer.

Wanneroo were three goals up and had all the momentum when he was sent off. Kingsway then had to put 22 in the ruck and he ignited them with a length of the wing running goal and Kingsway kicked the next 3 to get with in 1 point. If anything it worked in their favour as wanneroo was dominating the ruck knocks.
Still ,I do not believe it was not worthy of a yellow

Hey Mr M, you need to vote at my place, not only did they have a sausage sizzle, but they had eggs and bacon to go with the sausage in the roll.

I nearly votes twice
