Yep...other than Claremont Oval being renamed I can't see anything earth shattering either.

That is hardly big news every WAFL ground has had a ground naming sponsorship Claremont is just the last to do so.

To make matters worse, you've also taken advantage of taxpayers and only continue to survive on funds diverted away from grass roots footy by the WAFC....you must be proud.

Look what happened at West Perth is pretty ordinary, no doubt about that whatsoever.

However, just a bit over the top perhaps? I don't know where to start - so I'll run with this one for starters, I'm a member of a WAFL club and a supporter and the claim is 'every' and 'tarnished the reputation' etc.

Now it appears this bloke has got your goat somewhat (and he may be a bit of a nanny goat himself) and you have responded, perhaps including everyone from volunteers, supporters right on down to the person who put the meat in the pies at the game may be overs.

Anyway this is fun and Leedy may just break into a chant of West Perth clap, clap, clap - West Perth clap, clap, clap

Here's a task for you ooolll...go ask the creditors including mum and dad suppliers who got back zero cents in the $ what they think of the WPFC and the WAFL. I reckon I know what the response will be.

Here is a task for you me old china... go and have a read of what you wrote and then what I did.

And don't now simplify it to Mum and Dad suppliers, that wasn't your original crack. If you had have left it at that them then fine - you didn't, you spoke for many others including all WAFL supporters.

Both Liberal and Labor use the old MUM and DAD jargon in their political campaigns, it is meant to hit the heart strings of stupid people..

Help clear something up for us Falcon. I think one of you posted recently that you are paying back a $250,000 loan from the WAFC which I think was paid late last season on the eve of finals so the coaching staff and players could be paid.

But I also think I read in the media it was "unlikely" that debt would be paid and most likely written off by the WAFC. This is a very important fact. Peel were loaned a similar amount probably at least 5 years ago now but pretty sure they paid it back.

Not trying to speak on behalf of BC but I'm pretty sure his point is are you accepting ANY responsibility and going to attempt to pay anything back? Whether that is the loan from the WAFC or your creditors. These are very important matters in the eyes of non WP supporters who's club has been through similar circumstances at some stage of their clubs history, some clubs like Swans and I think EP, twice in the last 20 or 30 years and had to fight their way out of it.

Or do WP supporters think they are special and deserve a free pass, a get out of jail free card?

DD you make it sound like I own the WPFC? I wish i did but I don't.

Last I heard they are paying back about 5K a month, so 4 or 5 years to clear it.

Where did you read it was getting written off and where did you read that Peel paid back the 400K?

WP are not the problem in this comp DD, take your blinkers off and have a good look at whats happening.

Hopefully its not Subiaco recruiting someone to lead the ruck for them next year, if it is the chances for others will diminish a fair bit.

Imagine how far the post with Zac Clarke leading from the front for the Lions in 2020.

It would be nice if Callum Sinclair repaid the club for bringing him over from Victoria only for WCE and later Sydney to pinch him by coming back to Subi for a couple of years at the end of his AFL career....that works for me.
