Your opinion on Riggio & Davis's games for Swans today freeze??

good win by SD yesterday, geez Geappen seems to enjoy playing down at Moss St, kicking 6 out of SD first 9 goals, christ if he goes down, then SD will be looking deep into their reserves for a replacement and I mean BHP drilling deep!!...

yeah day looked good until half time of the league BH, colts and reserves win to the home side....I guess Riggio and Davis played as well as Robbie Young did for EF...but that's life......I see Tyler, Matty and Dayle had good workouts in the reserves BH, hopefully all three boys will get a league run soon......enjoy the win boys you guys obviously deserved it......well done to young Murray on his 4 goals, obviously he didn't have to run more than 2km to kick them!!

I'm still trying to get over a rank cold pie I ate from there canteen if you can call it that a joint like that makes you appreciate basso so much more bring on the first home game!!!!

Not quite up to your usual standards in fact about 100 words & 200 full stops short of your normal standard wrap from last year!!
Oh well I guess we will have to wait til Old Easts first win of the year in the next round to read a more thorough match report!

Umpires were rubbish and took away some of the gloss from a good game. This is a massive win away against strong opposition and we have to win these ones as EF will be one side we will be meeting if we make finals.

BH, EF will be lucky to win many games this year without a decent target up front, so I guess you may be waiting a while for a match report mate....yeah first game of the year I know, but same old same old with EF forward line....too much reliance on smaller forwards, always will struggle against sides with decent backs, especially taller ones too!......

....couldn't agree more about your Ibbo comment on the EF thread, that guy is as as soft as Riggio's eye socket apparently.....please don't tell me Brennan fractured Matty's eye socket?.....Brennan is built like a twig and as soft as butter....the sooner Ibbo and Brennan are playing AFL the better I say!

Anyway, wrap that boy Timmy G up in cotton woo though......he's the key to any form of success SD have this year.....

Any thoughts freeze on the 5 debutants Swans played yesterday against the AFL laden Old Easts???
Or maybe an opinion on the fact Swans had virtually no bench after qtr time with Riggio & Davis in hospital, a couple of others staying on the park with injuries & Hilda & Jetta crook as a dog at 3 qtr time (maybe they ate one of those cold pies from the EF canteen before the game) in the huddle in energy sapping 35 degree heat!!
No doubt Rob Young going down was the single biggest factor in the game from your vantage point!!

What sort of quackhead would complain about a cold pie and then eat it.

Unfortunately Young is very important to us in that he plays as a KP forward (where we do struggle) and helps out in the ruck (where we struggle). Sadldy missed after only 10 mins into the game.

"Virtually no bench after qtr time"??? When did Riggio leave the ground? Not in the 1st qtr!!! Who were the others with such crippling injures who were forced back onto the park??? We were allowed 5 on the bench yesterday weren't we? Hilda & Jetta crook as dogs at 3 qtr time. Poor buggers they must of been the only ones who ate cold pies in 35 degree heat...

Disappointing not to see hardly any SD supporters in the Shark Pit yesterday. Perhaps they didn't want a repeat of the nightmare from the prelim last year.

Good win as said before. Suck it up and we'll see you at Basso in Rnd 23.
