Congratulations to Matt Riggio on winning last nights Swan Medal! Busted a gut week in week out in a thin midfield and in most games he was the barometer. Hopefully we can bring in some help for him and Davo next year.

OSG pretty sure one of your home grown boys won your F&B too .....I'm jealous considering ex Peel boy BOB won EF Lynn Medal .....well done to ex Peel boy Riggio winning SD F&B too......where did ex NSW/ACT rams boy Ryan Davis finish up?....thought he would of been the favourite to win it TBH....

Mikeh apparently there are a few Swannie boys interested in Subi's apparent lack of home grown talent mate.....can see the point OSG is trying to get across....ironic that SD with all their home grown talent have a foreigner winning its F&B...whilst Subi, with all their plethora of 10pt players, have a home grown boy win theirs.....

Menegola missing 12 games somewhat would have helped there Frosty ..of more interest to you I would have thought was did an Aussie "foreigner" take off the Timaru FC Fairest & Best or did local boy Timati Young prove WP wrong by coming back to town and taking off that much sought after coveted award?!

Season just started here actually mate.....travelled 2 hrs south to get a kick with the Otago boys in Dunedin this weekend....pretty sure Tamati is a North Island boy with the Auckland Blues BH.....don't think he ventures to the South Island to play...

....as for winning the local F&B....naagh only home grown boys are allowed to win them apparently .......good rule TBH though....quite surprised SDFC don't enforce it with their F&B BH

Out of interest Freeze who was EF's last homegrown F&B winner Bomber Peake??? with the likes of BOB, ROB, McGough dominating the voting proceedings of late!!

Andrew Stephen in 2013......tied with ROB though so I guess that doesnt count....BH I aint the fella deep in discussion with the Subi boys about home grown talent rights mate am I?......just find it quite funny and ironic you boys having been going to head to head with each other....and a Subi home grown player wins their F&B in a premiership year, whilst SD cant even make the top 5 and a non local wins their F&B?.....
