Correct...an utter disgrace - the 3-4 involved were being feral all day, security had words with them a number of times during the arvo...when they copped it in spades by us SF members after full time, the true bogan personas came out...cops called but the scum fled prior to there arrival...

Perhaps Southerner might like to confirm whether any such incident occurred.

How would I know I have never met him I would assume he does. I am pleased you have done a survey but I will not be back. I have noticed it's not so bad at Leederville because only a few hundred travel away.

The bottom line I think is that every team has a minority group of scumbag supporters who will react if provoked. I have been going to Bassendean for over 40 years and I have never seen anything close to a physical altercation in that time. The Atmosphere is generally friendly and I have quite often seen opposition supporters standing in the members happily drinking and chatting with Swans fans.

I think that if some Swans "supporters" threatened to burn down an opposing clubs premises then that behaviour is unacceptable and they should be banned from the South Fremantle members in future but don't taint the whole club on the actions of a few people. Sometimes I have seen verbal stuff get a bit out of hand at every WAFL ground but unless you are looking for trouble it won't go any further than that.

I have to be honest - was in the bar at one point (with both Swans & South people)I and a few others were pissing ourselves laughing and saying it reminded us of the '80s

Looked like there were a couple of fellas with too much amber fizz in the guts , it was a close game , a fair bit on the line and dribble came out instead of anything sensible (from both sides be truthful) - hey shit happens

And it was a bloody good game
