Freeze,

You don't want "kissed on the cock" Micale having anything to do with coaching as he has never coached a team outright without an alignment attached.

Interesting that Bill Monaghan may not continue on at West Perth and what he would do if he doesn't. Someone for the club to have a look at, who knows maybe Tom Monaghan in the colts is his nephew and we could get him on a family connection.

Who are you referring to mike?
Anyway, you could swap Wiley and $chofield around and $ubi will $till be picking up flag$ and East Freo will still be battling. $ make “super coaches”.

Really 58? Chris Waterman coached Subi from 2010 to 2012 and we finished 6th, 3rd and 7th respectively so not sure that's right.

Ok, fair enough, I forgot about that one.

Agree he would be worth looking at and that Wiley and his age gap between players could have had significance, note the comments on Brennan and surely it would be far too soon for him.
If Schofield and Monaghan do leave their respective clubs then Subiaco and West Perth do look more attractive as WAFL coaching options and will probably get first dibs on coaching talent available. And aside from previous success and performing better on field recently, you would think that both (certainly Subiaco) are going to be much better placed financially to lure a top level coach.

I'm pretty sure Petrie has a prominent role with the WCE AFLW team. Lets be honest here, I can't see a high profile appointment with the financial situation of the club, the facilities, the list. It needs to be a younger ambitious coach- like a Pickering type. Agree Olry, out of the clubs possibly looking for a coach: Subi, WP, Claremont and the Sharks- the Sharks would be the least attractive
