Harris hasnt coached a league team in his own right for a number of years before Claremont.
He has not been able to get the best out of Claremont side full talent and that must raise questions.

I find it astonishing that we as EF fans only seem to be holding the coach to account.

In 2015 Malaxos was forced to resign after taking the team to a grand final in 2012, A preliminary Final in 2014 (which we lost due to kicking 7.26) & a foxtel cup grand final in 2013 after kicking a woeful 2.16.

After 7 games EF were 5 wins & 2 loses And were 5 & 5 when Malaxos left. I don't recall anyone else being held to account when we ended the season 6 & 14.

Fast forward to 2018 & we find ourselves 1 win from 7 games. interestingly after 9 games in 2016 in Wiley's first season EF were 6 wins & 3 losses.& ended up with 9 wins & 11 losses after going down the tubes again.

The only explanation I can find is that both Steve & Robert can't coach & the players & club are without fault. Lol

Very good post puppy. Looking at those stats, it looks to be deeper than the coach.

BTW, bit disappointed that the club has yet to respond to my email. You’d think that when a disgruntled member writes in that they would head it off at the pass!!

When Malaxos "left" the club brought in a lot of kids to play and (once again) had a long injury list (Hampson, JMac, LA). Lost a lot of close games from memory or where in the games.

Wiley was appointed and Watson was recruited. Great start but fell in a hole- again a few injuries to BoB and Hampson

Season 2 for Wiley and again limited games from LA, Jmac, Hampson and BoB. Marsh recruited. Games pumped into a lot of kids.

This year they've added: Boekhurst, Griffin, Kommer, Snadden, Jansen, Fletcher. Unlucky injuries again to Boekhurst, Kommer, BoB (retired), LA and Jmac. They can't get their best players consistently on the park.
