With the excellent recruiting we've done- we'd have to make the finals. Anything else is a failure in my eyes.

Yep...you guys have done well in the recruiting stakes this year and should play finals on paper. If you manage to get Palmer signed that'll beef up your mids a bit more as well. Mind you, EF should have played in the 2014 GF after kicking 7.26 against Subi the week before in the prelim...so it hasn't been all doom and gloom the last few years.

We will be chasing the top 5 but will need to get past Subiaco, East Perth, South Fremantle and Peel.

Touch wood the next signing will bring some more joy to my mate 58.....

Couple of good articles on EFFC website regarding senior coaches, colts coaches and 13 colts from last years premiership winning team training with the senior squad this preseason.....be interesting to see how/where EF play Dillon O'Reilly this year, obviously a strong chance for drafting come the years end, played a couple of league games last year.....does Wiley play him or with current recruits in Loersch, Bristow and Griffen along side Howson, Hampson, Perham etc is there any room for him in EF forward line? No doubt state commitments will take him away for a month or two, be a shame not to play him before he heads off into the AFL for 2019.

Any standouts on the preseason track doing well? Since Wiley has come on board the preseason reports to the fans have become better keeping folk in the loop.
