Colts have got up by one point. Reserves have made a strong start.

I listened to it from the warmth of North. They said he did a quad ?

Where to from here. You cant just sit back and let things keep sliding..... Bugger the excuses !

Other supporters I know aren't even bothering to go or renew memberships.

The arrow on the compass has broken...

Here we go again - another flogging!!!! I would be interested in hearing opinions on what is wrong. Is it Management, the coach or do we just have crap players??? Can never remember such bad times in 60 year of following the club.

Colts kicked 1.9 after quarter time...lucky to squeeze a win in the end...the reserves started well and built up a healthy lead, fell asleep for a while but got the four points....as for the league...the less said the better....apparently it rained....seems to rain most weeks ...goals for the opposition!

Oh well always next week...LOL

I attend most home games and have only been to two away games. Claremont for their official opening and Fremantle for the Derby. Totally disillusioned with our season and the alignment. In previous years I would have only missed an occasional game. Still it was nice and warm in front of the fire this afternoon.

Its like a Chinese Restaraunt Menu. Full of Combinations. Something needs to change at ALL Levels to give us supporters some hope. If you continually do the same things week in and week out, the prescription is failure. Enough is enough. Yep, injuries have played there part, but you can still make life difficult for the opposition. 9 goals in 8 quarters of footy just doesnt cut it. AND east Perth put there weakest team on the field today for some time

Try and hang in there gents and ladies. I do have a question about Wiley's coaching style if someone could rise to the occassion with an answer. Is it possible to play and AFL style with semi-professional footballers, particularlly in terms of fitness levels?

Hello Ark. Yes, a great observation. EF cant obviously see it for the clouds.... 3 coaches from recent AFL backgrounds. You coach to your players capabilities, if they are doing that 100%, then you are doing your job. If then, you arent good enough to win games, you need to start recruiting players that can help you win games. EF have failed in this dept.

Grey FIn -- thanks for your reply. With any luck, in the future, EF will be able to recruit some of their former players and the club will improve markedly. In relation to game plans, as you know, sometimes the easiest plans are often the best to adopt.
