If you ever get the chance, ask menengola why he didn't come to effc, might surprise you. Hancock for Hanson was a good swap. Very suprised that L Anthony polled so well in sandover. Didn't think his year was that great. Bit of unrest over Brennan's appointment as assistant I believe , so some work to do by the club to retain some players

Agree with your opinion on Anthony and his vote tally. Accumulated possessions like most of our mids this season but really was not damaging with them. Not to sure the umps pay much attention with what players do with the ball just how many times they get it possibly? Was the ex coach the biggest hurdle at getting Menegola back? Interesting regarding Brennan, not a great start to 2016 if it's true and players are looking for opportunities else where.

Can see the unrest re Brennan jnr considering his dad is Director of Coaching...or some title to that effect?.....be surprised if players are seeking opportunities tho considering EF finished poorly in 15 and surely all slates are clean with a new coach with some pedigree and a CV with elite experience and connections......

Interesting to see Bourne was F&B in the Goldfields league, could do with his zip......need some leg speed that is for sure next year.,........early days in terms of recruits I guess with other leagues still playing, AFL delistings still to come and drafts yet to be done.......definitely need an injection of quality though......touch wood Wiley can attract some newbies to the club, retain some current players and develop some of the youngsters blooded this year and coming thru the colts and journeying down from Geraldton in 2016.....heard good things about Alone, Parfitt, Daly and Ryan from the GNFL from a few old mates in Geraldton.......

Freezin wrote: with EF spectacular and disappointing fall from grace this year....very difficult to have an interest in this years Lynn Medal.....can see the winner coming from the following 5 players ROB, BOB, MacNamara, Young and Anthony......would like to see MacNamara win it, though reckon BOB might pinch it from Jamie Mac.....

The reserves had a season they would like to forget, with so many players making a debut this year and playing 3 - 10 games, it will be someone who probably hasn't spent all year with the reserves....Dion Anthony or Barry Barone perhaps...

The colts will see captain Fraser Perry or Jesse Adamini fight it out for top colt...though 1st year colt Kyle Baskerville has reportedly played some consistent footy this year for EF...

Unlike me to be close with my selections.....BOB pips Jamie Mac for the Lynn Medal and Perry, Adamini and Baskerville go top 3 in the colts......who says reading the WAFL stats is a load of crap  .....who won the reserves award?

sounds like the Wiley recruiting machine is cranking up.....always a lot of talk and speculation at this time of the year.....only convinced when the deals are done and dusted and their names are on the team list for round 1 next year.....

Sounds like Snadden had a good AFL draft camp.....touch wood he gets a look in come draft day.....other than that can't see anyone else getting picked up......good luck to Harrold and Cronan for the state combine this weekend......and to Menagola as well.....3rd time lucky perhaps for the fella
