Wonder why no mention of this story on the local radio media? Have been listening to the radio news all afternoon and diddly squat has been mentioned!! Is the Wafl news being censored by the media?

From the outside it seems a little harsh if he has been forced to resign. He took EF to a grand final in 2012 and may well have coached them to a flag last year if they could have kicked straight in the preliminary final. Only the people inside the club would understand all the internal stuff that was going on. If he has lost some of the senior players then maybe something had to give.

He's a hard-nut old style coach but I would have liked to see him have the opportunity to coach with a forward line ???

Good luck to Stav for the future. He was at East's for many years and would have given it his best shot. If he was pushed that's a pitty but footy is tough and it's all performanced based. Let's see if the players respond and can perform better - Time will tell ???
