Hey poochman Winnacott used to be South but my kids play in the EF zone and they have played Winncott every year for the last 3 or 4 years at least . There 17s side has been very strong the last couple of years and coached by an ex SF player in Tony Amaroso - they were dirty mongrels as well .

Kardinya JFC use to be one the most populated junior clubs in the EF zone until it was re zoned to SF. Half the players left the following season and most went to Winnacott as they didn't want to play in the SF zone.

Winnacott is now a very strong club in the EF zone fielding 12 teams.

It is a warning about how EP and Peel will dominate 2014 on. In fairness to EFFC they bred a lot of AFL players and deserve the rewards. The same cant be said for Peel and EP who walked into a arrangement to elevate them due to no MERIT on their part

fair few blue names there LA.......though with sandi out Griffen will be lining up for Freo early on no doubt.....could even see Sandi play a few WAFL games perhaps to ease himself back in.

From all reports Lewis Fasolo is up in Gero playing for some good money, playing with Teakle at Brigades......interesting to note Lee steere is onow on EF playing list....even though he was playing in SF intra club match last weekend....now I wonder what EF are playing at there? LOL...wink wink nudge nudge and all that!!

Fair enough to Old Easts - they want something for Lee-Steere and in this day and age who could blame them.

On the other hand at Peel, they have been able to include a whole bunch of players on their list who would appear not to be lining up for anyone. Battye, Dann, Mason etc

And with the rules as they are for these host clubs they can keep them on the list legally.

Freeze, I think you have lost any hold on Lee-Steere when he packed up and played with Balmain in Sydney last year.
