Grump...got no fears about the EF residents dog walking in the EF precint mate, apparently the district of EF is an affluent one and only attracts people of such ilk..not an effluent one where DD likes to walk his Rottweiler....

No need to worry as the tender process for this redevelopment will need to be managed by the Town of East Fremantle. The AGM is on Wednesday 9 December next week. Why don't you come along and ask your questions? Assuming you are a financial member!

I assume all the development when done will be owned by the EF council, so they will hold all the control and oversight for their project, I expect there will be a steering/planning committee including Council, EFFC and other interested parties, EFFC would be the biggest tenant but I expect other organisations will use the facility and want their own input in what will/should be a community facility.

The whole of east Fremantle went down hill when they closed Richmond Raceway.
