He had issues with some of the senior players. He is a free spirit type player and if Bill and the senior group can keep him focused on the game he will kick goals off the half back line.

Interestingly there’s a rumour Manning is out of shark park. Players like chalmers and mills aren’t going to come close to replacing stars like that boy.

Think travel and a cooked body might decide Mannings fate....only signed for 2 years anyway....be interested to see if Kommer goes on, I think his body is more well done then Mannings.

I think Chalmers is a good get, looking at his record he seems to hit the scoreboard pretty regularly.... with 80 odd games of footy and at 25 years age, if fit and focused adds experience and much needed quality to EF squad.

If I was EF and Loersch wanted to go, I would be looking for a player swap TBH...someone like a Marlin or a Johnson would add depth to EF playing stocks....both don't seem to get much of a look in at Perth....or perhaps Marshall Jones, though he seemed to play more league this year then reserves.

If we could add a couple more- a leading tall up forward and maybe another small forward or midfielder for me, that'd be a solid off season. Ruck stocks look a little thin and quite inexperienced. Be interesting to see if any others on the way out- Mills and Harrold no longer on club website- pretty sure Harrold is going back to Victoria. Both of those are no great loss- apart from defensive depth

Dodd seemed to indicate there were a few more irons in the fire....more so locally then interstate, but hey with AFL lists reducing, who knows what will happen and who will become available.

As for ruck stocks KC, interesting in that radio interview, Dodd didn't mention Nick Watson, pretty sure Watson deserves an opportunity to ruck before McGuire...or perhaps Watson has left.....still on the list at present though. Yep agree a mobile tall forward and another mid I reckon...

Pre-Season starting in 2 weeks and according to the interview on the club website, they’re hoping to add a few more. Not sure who is being spoken to- outside of Schoenfeld and Chalmers, names have been hard to come by. Definitely “feels” that the football department is looking for a midfield re-vamp.

Also posting, re-signings- no news on Kommer and Manning, who are both considering futures.

Yeah midfield run seems to be the focus mate....as you say a couple more irons in the fire.....to me that sounds like Kommer and Mannings bodies are kaput...but hey both are competitive beasts so who knows.

According to Lions Den, Brodie Riach is an out. Disappointing, thought he showed some promise in limited times I saw him. Wonder if he’ll turn up elsewhere or walked away all together?

How many points was Riach out of interest?

Not sure- but given he was on an AFL list, I'd say 10.
