Hey Poppyseed...I see you're a newby on here...welcome and any additional Subi supporters are much appreciated....a word of warning...there's some very bitter and twisted oppo supporters who are extremely jealous at Subi's success so prepare yourself for some vitriol and negativity from them. But hey, we're Subiaco so we're above that.

BC,

I have the best example of your $$$ dominance and how it works in your favour. Im not sure if you are aware of whats called the 40 protected list ??? Im going to tell you anyway. Every club has a list of 40 of there most valuable players that other clubs can't approach. You will no doubt recall the Sutherland shambles by Perth who missed him off their protected list and $ubi pounced on him which they are completely within their rights too.

Around 15 of $ubi's best players are not on their 40 list, absolute ludicrously I hear you all say, how can the best side in the competition possibly leave off around 15 of there better players for all clubs to have a crack at obtaining. Is it the love for the club ? Horse shit !!! I have a fair idea that it would be based around the size of the brown paper bags. Make no mistake, its bloody clever by $ubi to turn their 40 list into 50+ and add some up and comers to the list that may be considering a move due to lack of opportunity but don't kid yourselves, money can only make this work effectively.

Freeze,

If the penny has only just dropped with Schofield, it illustrates how much they have had their heads buried in the sand and totally oblivious as to what they have been doing to the comp for 15+ years. I have been saying this for years:P

It hurts doesn't BC, now you have a fair idea how the rest of us feel. Again absolutely no sympathy and a good result for mine.

 so now we know how the rest of you feel  2 flags between 1925 and 1987 (the beginning of the national comp), give me a break funny how rational joondy folk such as Dennis see the big picture. Lucky there wasn't an internet back then hey mate. Fark me give us a break lil weeed I'm surprised you haven't brought up the ol you blokes owe me old man 10 shillings or whatever it was for saving your arse

Im spewing that my old man handed over $100 bucks to chime in to save your arses There you go Dags :) All we want is for you blokes to finally accept that there are unfair dealings going on, you all know it but won't come out and say it.

That is 100% correct Leedy, all the G6 clubs know it and know exactly why, hence why I threw up the stat rgarding Subi have only lost 2 players to other WAFL clubs whilst poaching 30 from the other WAFL clubs in the last 5 years alone, it is now just up to the WAFC to actually start doing the job they are paid to do and sort this rorting out but fat chance when you have ex Subi employees now in roles at the WAFC!

It makes perfect sense to me...why wouldn't you leave your highest paid and most valuable players off the list to protect the up an coming others? The best on the list should be contractually locked in and I would say other clubs are doing exactly the same thing for the same reasons and if they're not then they should be....so what's your point? and BH...you've listed those30 and there's a few A graders there but some spuds as well. If I could be bothered I'd go through a similar exercise with your mob and it would probably surprise you...but as I said...if I could be bothered which frankly I can't.

Leedy...if what you're saying is correct then how can all the noise in the last couple of years from you clowns around Subi approaching Troppo from Perth and Davis from Swans be correct if they're on the protected list unless you blokes are bullshitting? Maybe all clubs do the same...sorry Leedy...there's no-one on WP list worth having a go at. In saying that, I think Madge in the food shop does a mean burger but that's about it.

The real story behind Davis and Subi is that Davis's manager shopped him to Subi trying to get more money with Subi being most likely to provide more dollars but his approach was politely refused as there was no way to fit a 10+ point player on our list at the time. At now time did Subi make the first move.

100% correct

Subi 15
Swans 4
Perth 1
Of best 22 left off the 40 list

Players can still be approached. Fill in the correct form and away you go. Its just dollars that count for your protected list.
