Nothing to lose by appealing, why not do a Barry hall and take out an injunction!!
Freo obviously put pressure on the tribunal to let Dawson finish off in a GF, so given that they had no choice but to let everyone off. This week is different, no Freo players on report so pressure brought to bear so they can do what they like. If Halligan got offered 3 then dawson should have been rubbed out for life with his record!!

If we thought we were half a chance, that goes out the door without Halligan, he had a very good game against Peelmantle in the 2nd semi so they will be happy to see him suspended ........ hang on what did I say about freo influence??

If Halligan's gone then maybe a chance for someone like Simon Parry...a bigger body, 26 or 27years old...he was named on the extended bench for the prelim but didn't make the cut.

Watched him in the 2's and he went ok kicked a couple of big goals from 50 out charging in off the square. I like his physicality, something we will need a lot of against the big Freo bodies. If he gets a run, I'd use him as protector and space maker for the Liam's.

Tough break for Haligan but I'm sure the SF got concussed so it was always likely.

I agree -- we had our luck with the tribunal last week. The club that has been ripped off was SF, as there were one or two players from Subi whom should have been suspended yesterday.

On Halligan -- don't worry about it, he did the right thing being hard at the contest, otherwise Schofiled would have put him on the bench. I hope the South fellow recovers well.
