Couldn't make the game but managed to catch the broadcast, sounds like an absolute slog and it got a bit physical according to the commentators. They mentioned that Schoey put a lot of time into Nelson and Black keeping them to 8 & 17 disposals. Both clubs key forwards in Keitel & Ryan had dirty days with their opposing backs both having good games, but Ryan did manage a couple in the wet conditions. For us it looked like it was Kitch, Horse, Cockie & Adamson that gave the drive, Adamson getting forward for 2 goals was critical. Commentators were high in their praise of the Subi backline structure with Locks, Stevo and Heal all doing well. Big downside was losing Clanger early to an ankle? big effort by the boys to win with 1 short in that type of weather.

Anyone able to do a detailed review?

Sutherland had a good game in the magoo's, a few touches and 42 hit outs. Good to see Kennedy and Jackson back also...
