The young bulldogs blasted an 11 goal third quarter to put the Lions away pretty comfortably.
Our colts are struggling this year although our efforts in the past few weeks have been pleasing , with narrow losses. It looks like they have persevered with 17 year olds and will use this year as a development / rebuild.
We have 3-4 Colts age lads playing up in our reserves team ATM , and all are coming along nicely.

Dwert your ressies 3rd qtr was sublime footy, our boys were pretty much witches hats after a very good first half and then were very competitive in the last but the games over 4qtrs. There are some top shelf lads in your 2's so after Saturdays game some of your league boys will have a nervous week.

Bit disappointed with the attendance of seventeen hundred and forty. Apparently the ground capacity caters for many, many more. Given the match was billed as the top of the table clash and game of the week. To have under 1750 in a ground that has a capacity of 15 to 20 thousand is of concern. Especially when it's apparently the centre of excellence!

Yeah it was pretty bad Grassy but the prescribed burns are vitally important. My gripe is with the lack of warning. My daughters a pharmacist and she ran out of inhalers and other gear for asthmatics by midday, if there was a warning she could have stocked up.

Sadly I don't think that had much to do with the pitiful crowds, no excuse for it apart from apathy and a total lack of promotion by the WAFC.
