Leedy is on the mark, strong rumours around the club from solid sources have mentioned up to 4 Swans players looking to move to Subi due to SD desperate financial situation, very close to signing a forward from Collingwoods VFL team and negotiating to sign a ruckman from the munchers, but they want $30k for a player that didn't play a league game last year, wish I could say I knew the names but no indication as to who the guys are. Would be rapt if 2 of the Swans were Twomey & Roach both quality players.

That adds to Hildo's return, Horsely is back although wont be available till around round 8 due to injury and Cockie will return unless he gets drafted which is unlikely. Bulks up the midfield which was our weakest point last couple of seasons.

Good to see the club back active in the market along with a number of good youngsters blooded last season. Will need every advantage we can get just to get near the Feral eagles.

hopefully Subi get Roachy, like Hilda past his best so would be good transfer fee for Swans..

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Hildo come 6th in Swans F & B ahead of Riggio Davis Ames and Elari in what was a prelim final team and f & b in 2012?

Would seem he still has a few good games left in him.

1st half of season was outstanding after that was hindered by a knee injury which really affected his kicking and training reduced by moving back to mandurah. Gun player but Swans were right to offer him reduced terms and good on him for chasing a better deal.

More to do with Davis & Ames missing games through injury then anything else as they certainly had a better season than Hilda did!

Matt Boland is the guy Subi have got from the VFL
