42 the Priminister called a cabinet meeting last night. The new rules mean 3\4 of the party has to vote negative to remove the LNP leader.Scomo was embarrassed at the G20 in Argentina. President Trump asked where Malcom was.And Angela Mercal from Germany asked Scomo where the PM Turnbull was.She thought Malcom was still our PM.

GTR the 9pm (desperation media conference) indicated that 2/3 is required to change an ELECTED PM. Note the highlighted word is elected. Morrison was not elected as PM; therefore, the change of rule does not apply.to Morrison.

Why is that unanswered? Who is even asking or is it just a mischievous question? Scott Morrison is preferred PM by about 10%.

Anyway please tell us you are going into the 2019 election with more than pink batteries cash hand out, increase emissions target to 45% and taxing self funded retirees who are already paying tax?

And lastly you keep crowing about the Victorian election result. What about the SA election result? First Liberal party elected in SA in 16 years. We just sweep that one under the carpet do we? Or do we react to a few losers who want to blame somebody else for their defeat in Victoria?

If you would like to let me know what electorate you are in and I will let you know a contact for you to find out more.

With respect to the SA election.after 16 years it was probably not unexpected that Labor would lose that election. However, there are 11 House of Reps seats in SA compared with 37 seats in Victoria.

Hawthorn,Nepean, Brighton, Benambra etc. are the seats that should concern Liberal Party supporters. For example, Benambra had a margin of 9.7%; Hawthorn 8.6%.

With respect to PPM there is barely an even tenuous correlation between the PPM and winning an election.

You made a ridiculous mischievous question about who will lead the Liberals to the 2019 election, an absolutely stupid question. Why would it be anyone else given he is preferred PM by 10%. Who else would you suggest?

Are you implying that Bill Shorten was ppm when M Turnbull was PM? The article below (around middle of August, 2018) had Turnbull leading 41-27 and Labor leading 52-48 2pp. On those figures the Liberals have gone backwards under Morrison compared to Turnbull.

My point is that despite what some in the Sky News after dark commentary team stated to replace Morrison would not require a 2/3 vote.

Hawthorn electorate result: it appears Labor have won Hawthorn for only the second time (first time 1952-55). Liberals previously held the seat with a margin of 8.6%.

Does that include Craig Kelly, Christian Porter and the other climate deniers?

There is a very good chance Kelly will be gone, and it was a disgraceful sign of weakness by Morrison not to let him face pre selection which he knew he would lose as the locals don't want him and with good reason as well he has become an embarrassment, his comments on the dead Australians in the Malaysian Airlines disaster should be been enough to immediately disendorse him.

Porter is gone I reckon., anyone on less than 6% across the country is in trouble,

Im with BC, a major clean out is needed if the Party has any chance of renewal, Dutton will go and there is a big move against Abbott in Warringah I think he will be in trouble from a high profile Indie. them Abetz and the old rump will be history as of May 2019, there will be no turning back a new Liberal Party will have to rise from the ashes. Credlin Jones and Co will be discredited as relics of the past.

DD, Malcolm Turnbull was preferred PM by miles more than SC MO and we had a 48 51 2PP , totally winnable position just before the nut jobs pushed the self destruct button for a reason not a single MP can give a public explanation of which is an embarrassment in itself.

Now we are 10 points behind the 2 PP, SC MO has presided over one disaster after the next, he's proving to be completely incompetent as a stop gap leader, by EVERY possible metric measurable the change in leadership has been an unmitigated disaster.

Expect a wipe out come May.

Bazza we very rarely are on the same side of a discussion but on this one we are. Whilst I am fundamentally pre-Labor because of their major priorities such as education, health, the environment etc. it is important to Australia that we have both political parties that are located near the centre rather than at the fringes. This is particularly important on the right side of politics as the reality is that the extreme left wing will never form government.

Speaking of Porter it is an absolute disgrace that he continues to politicise security matters. It is self-evident that there are some matters, including security, where there should be a bi-partisan approach. The committee has worked well in the past and Porter needs to pull his head in. I am sure Bazza that you are very aware of how important cooperation is..

The Liberal Party candidate for Hawthorn has officially conceded defeat and made some pointed comments about the need for the Liberal Party to embrace climate change and pointed out that his 17 year old daughter attended the walk-out recently. It was also pointed that there were the same number of politicians named David (3) as the number of Liberal Party women in the Victorian lower house. Hawthorn had only be held by Labor for 3 years from the 1980s previously.

Bazza the trend on Sky News after dark is to employ more and more right wing nut jobs including Craig Kelly. Assuming that there is a significant win by Labor in May, Bazza and BC who do you think would be the best candidate to take over from Morrison.

An example of Morrison's skills or lack thereof more accurately is with respect to the current situation with respect to changes to the sex discrimination act. Apparently there had been an agreement between Cormann, Wong and the Greens had agreed to delay the changes until next year because they need more time to get the changes right. According to Shorten 10 minutes after that agreement Morrison comes out and says there should a conscious vote.

Morrison, like Turnbull before, is beholden to the RWNJs and until they are culled from the Parliament then the standard answer will continue to be no.
