Down to us n eagles. I would say we are some hope if the young man wishes to play with a club and not get flogged every week as part of a farce.

one time only wrote: 1) Subiaco because they were too good
2) Subiaco because they were too goog good.
3) Subiaco because they were too good
4) Subiaco because their Staff and Officials are smarter than the others.

And none of the above explains why you continually bag them and everything else that is not black & white.

You forgot point number five:
5) Subiaco because they have truckloads of money

Great news Danger. He will be a very important part of what is likely to be an inexperienced group.

Swans fixtures for 2019 look OK although we play 4 of last years finalists in the first 5 rounds. However 7 of our first 10 matches are at Bassendean ( assuming we don't sell the Eagles fixture to them)
The Byes come after games 5, 8 and 13 so well spread. The biggest bonus is we finally don't have to play Subiaco 3 times in a season. Thats a percentage killer.
So the fixtures are OK, the next job is to get a competitive team on the park

mikeh yeah it certainly seemed remarkable given our 2016 season how we managed to have to play Subiaco 3 times in 2017. We would need to win at least 2 if not 3 games in our first 5 and limit the percentage impact in the 5th round.

I was reading how the Eagles were bemoaning it was "too expensive" to get any of the WAFL club's games shifted. I certainly hope that Swans would only consider selling the game for more than $1,000,000

Any money the WAFC will step in and fix the price the eagles have to pay to buy a game. My guess is it will be $10K.

The starting figure should be $1,000,000.

That figure would not even cover our bar trade for a home game...I much prefer 42's estimate quote if those pr!cks want to buy one of our home games!

Any figure should be the same for all clubs and all clubs should be given the option of doing it. Imagine if the it was 1,000,000 and the only time they wanted to do it was against Subiaco.
